Ferris is a city in Dallas and Ellis counties in the U.S. state of Texas. It is 20 miles (32 km) south of downtown Dallas. The population was 2,436 at the 2010 census.[5]

McBee is the builder of my brand new home in Saginaw, TX. We choose to buy the house when it was already completed. House design is beautiful, complete with a walk in shower and three car garage.
